How long you can hang on?

Whenever you encounter something... really really not comfortable or "cannot tahan", how long will you "throw" it away? 1 second? 1 minutes? 1 hour? 1 day? 1 month? 1 year? or... whole life?

Hmm..

For a non-living items... lets say, it just a rubber band? If that particular rubber band has been "staying" at your table, just beside your laptop, will you move it? or just keeping it there and wait other people to remove it for you?

Lets have another example, VEGE IN YOUR PLATE!! XD haha. If you do not like bean sprout!! (i know many friends who dont like it :P) , will you move it aside?????? Or just EAT it? Hehe.

Above is example of non-living items.

Lets have some "living" creature now. Mosquito? Haha. Smash? Ignore? or you run away yourself?? :P

How about... ant?? Some people do not like ant... they get agitated (something like get high, instead of disturb feelings...you know? XD ) if there is ant... they cant resist to press them to "heaven"... haha.


Hmm... what's about human then?

Did you experienced a situation that you really dont want to stay in the same room with a person? Trying to escape from that room as fast as you can!?

Or

DONT FEEL LIKE TALKING TO HIM/HER AT ALL? Whenever he or she talk, you get annoyed.... the speech... is so childish and not rational at all.... is so selfish and do not consider any other consequences...

Ever feel like that?

Well. How do you response or reply to such incident when you get into it? Ignore? Scold? Stay cool....? Or... ?

No matter what's your method is... how long it will lasted? Do your method works everytime? Are you being comfortable with the result?

Hmm. Why do we tends to get negative feelings?

In my opinion, i think we only can see... what is going on. But do not feel... what is happening to us.

Most of the time, we forgot the most important thing, our emotion and feelings.

How long can a person hang on to a dislike situation... it is greatly depends on the intensiveness of our emotion and feelings...

Failing to recognize it often resulted a great stress... where we get frustrated, sad, feeling hopeless.

I believe the formula is quite simple to be understood.


Original time spent - (% of emotion/feelings x impression) = time spent
(Inaccurate, simply my illustration. DID NOT PROVEN BEFORE! PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE IT IN ANYWHERE! PROPER RESEARCH MUST BE DONE BEFORE IT IS ANNOUNCED! )

Lets say, normally you will take 2 hours to take your lunch. However, you are feeling sad that day and the restaurant you are sitting there has given you a bad impression... it will resulted something like this...

2 hours - (Sad x Bad) = 20 minutes (Simply. lol)

Less time spent for your lunch :P Haha....Should be something like tat.

So.... why there is cases like... people ignore their feelings in order to prolong the time spent?

Example...

Someone who do not like McD, willing to sit there with his friends for 2 hours...that normally he will just escape from there in 20 minutes...

So:

20 minutes + (feelings x impression) = 2 hours ??

Workable? haha.

Maybe i am sleepy now and started to crap... hehe.
